The modern revolution in apparel printing. Full-color, high-resolution graphics transferred perfectly onto cotton, polyester, nylon, and blends with no minimum order.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is transforming custom apparel. Unlike traditional methods, DTF prints your full-color design onto a special film, which is then heat-transferred directly onto the garment.
Because the printer lays down a solid white base layer before printing the colors, the resulting images are incredibly vibrant, even on jet-black fabrics. It completely bypasses the limitations of traditional screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
Ideal for custom fashion, workwear, and complex branding.
Print full-color artwork, photographs, or highly detailed logos on any color t-shirt. Perfect for fashion brands and custom streetwear.
DTF adheres perfectly to difficult fabrics like polyester and nylon used in high-visibility safety vests, jackets, and industrial workwear.
Because DTF prints are thin and stretchable, they are excellent for activewear, team jerseys, and Lycra materials without restricting movement.
Easily apply high-quality branding to curved surfaces like baseball caps, or textured items like canvas tote bags and backpacks.
If you have a design with more than 4 colors, intricate details, or gradients (like a photograph), screen printing becomes very expensive and sometimes impossible. DTF handles unlimited colors effortlessly.
Furthermore, screen printing requires expensive setup for every single job, making it suitable only for large bulk orders. DTF requires zero setup—meaning you can order exactly 1 shirt or 100 shirts, and the print quality will be identical and flawless.

Excellent Wash Resistance
Your design is printed onto a special PET film using water-based pigment inks, followed immediately by a layer of white ink.
An adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink on the film. The film is then heated to melt the powder, creating a strong adhesive layer.
The film is placed onto the garment and pressed in a commercial heat press at high temperatures to bond the ink to the fabric.
The film is peeled away, leaving the vibrant print behind. A second quick press ensures maximum durability.
Modern DTF prints have a very soft "hand feel". While you can feel the print slightly more than sublimation, it is much thinner and more flexible than traditional vinyl transfers.
Extremely well. When washed inside-out on cold settings, DTF prints will last dozens of washes without fading, cracking, or peeling.

Yes. The printer will print exactly what is in your file. If your image has a white background, it will print a white box. We require files with a transparent background (PNG format).
