Advanced flatbed UV printing allows us to print vibrant, scratch-resistant graphics directly onto acrylic, wood, glass, metal, PVC, and leather.
Ultraviolet (UV) printing represents the next generation of commercial printing. Unlike conventional inks that dry through evaporation, UV inks are instantly cured (dried) using high-intensity ultraviolet lights.
This instant curing process means the ink doesn't have time to soak into the material, allowing us to print incredibly sharp, vibrant images on almost any flat surface, regardless of its texture or porosity.
If it's flat, we can probably print on it.
Stunning back-lit signage, modern office awards, splashbacks, and architectural elements with flawless transparency retention.
Custom wooden signs, decorative panels, and personalized gift boxes. The ink sits on top, preserving the natural texture of the wood.
Durable outdoor and indoor signage. Direct printing eliminates the need for mounting vinyl, saving time and preventing peeling.
Direct printing on power banks, phone cases, USB drives, diaries, leather notebooks, and customized corporate gifts.
One of the most powerful features of our flatbed UV printers is the ability to print opaque white ink. This allows us to print vibrant, full-color images on dark, colored, or clear materials without the colors looking washed out.
We can also apply layers of clear UV varnish. This can be used for "Spot UV" effects to highlight specific areas of a design, or layered repeatedly to build up actual physical textures and embossed effects that you can feel.

White & Clear Varnish
Choose from our stock of acrylic, PVC, wood, and metal, or supply your own rigid materials for us to print on.
We set up your artwork, specifically defining layers for white ink bases or spot varnish highlights if required.
Your material is secured to the vacuum bed while the printhead passes over, depositing ink and instantly curing it with UV light.
Once printed, rigid materials can be CNC routed or laser cut to custom shapes before final delivery.
Flatbed UV printing requires a mostly flat surface. We can accommodate minor textures, but the printhead must pass very close to the surface, making it unsuitable for highly curved objects.
Yes. UV cured inks are inherently highly resistant to fading from sunlight and are waterproof, making them excellent for long-term outdoor signage.
Yes, we frequently print on client-supplied materials (e.g., custom wood panels, specific metal enclosures). We will run a quick test patch first to ensure ink adhesion.
Very durable. The UV curing process bonds the ink tightly to the substrate. For glass and acrylic, we often print on the reverse side (sub-surface) so the material itself protects the print.
